i am trying to find a female eevee to breed. but i have yet to come across one in the mansion.
BUT HERES A NEAT LIL GLITCH.
if you save inside the mansion (not where that guy is) and you are trying to find a specific pokemon from the list you can go to him talk blah blah blah if you don't find the pokemon you want while hes talking turn off your ds go back to him after you've restarted the ds and it SHOULD have a different pokemon show up. neat lil glitch i found (exploition time? biggrin )

That in itself is going to be a feat. xD;;; You only have a 12.5% chance of catching OR hatching a female Eevee.
waaait does that mean i should hoard my female eevees???
That you should. xD Or you can save them to get something rare off of wi-fi. It's what I do.
