Also, I always found Moffat's episodes to be my favorites, does this count?
But bravo on this compilation. Previously I would never have figured this out on my own, very interesting to say the least.

More on Morally Grey:
Victory of the Daleks: The scientist robot was only doing what he thought was best and didn't know what the Daleks were planning. (written by Mark Gatiss, w/Moffat as showrunner) Time of Angels: Your Mileage May Vary, but the Angels are trying to escape the crack - however, they are much more malicious this time, resorting to killing (to obtain a voice) rather than displacement in time. Cold Blood: (written by Chris Chibnall, w/Moffat as showrunner) The Silurians are defending their territory from the drill, since they were there first. Vincent and the Doctor: (written by Richard Curtis, w/Moffat as showrunner) The invisible monster was left behind because it is blind, and therefore it lashes out in confusion and fear, not rage.
Jettrick, I went ahead and added the above to the list you so kindly added from my thoughts on the front page so it would be more up-to-date, hope that's okay. Feel free to change if you need to. Please add the following if you think they fit.
Keep in mind with all of these that the examples that aren't directly written by Moffat are the S5 ones - which are under his supervision and direction as showrunner, therefore I feel they qualify on a level with his actual episodes.
Under: Anguished Love Amy's Choice: [ Rory ] gets hit by the monster breath while trying to defend everyone, and promptly turns into sand. Cold Blood: [ Rory ] gets shot, then [ sucked into the crack]. Also, that mom's kid. Also, the Silurian with the similar bio-print thing as the other Silurian.
Death By Saviour Vincent and the Doctor: Arguably, the Doctor and Amy's intervention, while not making Van Gough die earlier, could have inadvertently made him spiral deeper into depression.
The Late Reveal (technically neither fit the category completely as the audience isn't the only one aware of this by the end, so maybe both are more like twist endings). Amy's Choice: The [Dreamlord] is revealed to be [ the Doctor] during the last few minutes of the episode. Vincent and the Doctor: The monster is [blind]. Knowing this sooner would probably have helped, even if Van Gough's future wasn't allowed to be changed.
The Un-Human Amy's Choice: The old people. Arguably, the [Dreamlord] fits into this category as well. (Precursor to [The Valeyard] anyone?)
The Kids Aren't Alright Amy's Choice: All the kids in the playground. Playtime's over. Cold Blood: That really awesome kid that the Doctor liked talking to.
