I have a little bit of trouble with this one. I think that I have to veto it on the grounds that it isn't a cape. Sorry.

The first post has been updated. The limitations on CIs has been entirely done away with and there has been an addendum to the Restrictions section regarding blood.

It certainly works, but this whole thread needs a rewrite. No items purchased for cash since the Halo sale is going to be the #1 rule, with no restriction on RIGs.
