Hey Everyone,

I was lying in bed lastt night and i had an idea that could help the Soldiers & officers pitch there ideas to the Lieutenants, And then for the Lieutenants to pitch ideas to us captains, It looks somewhat like this.

~ Soldiers & Officers Meetings ~
~ Lieutenants Meetins ~
~ Captains Meetings ~

~ Soldiers & officers Meetings ~

This meeting will allow soldiers and officers to pitch there ideas in an official forum, Allowing them to decide upon as many ideas as nessecary to be pitched to any Lieutenant so they will look over it and see what needs improving,

~ Lieutenants Meetings ~

Mainly so they can review the pitches made to them by the officers from the other meetings, they can choose the ones which in there opinion the captains will most likely approve upon, they can make any ( APPROPRIATE ) changes with the aid of the official creator(s) to make it look as decent as possible, One or two Lieutenants can pitch the ideas to the captains in the next Captains meeting.

~ Captains Meetings ~

( We all know about our captains meetings, so im not going to bother with this one )

I would like at least 7 votes of approval for this to be passed forward as official.

I'm going to stay undecided. I don't think the soldiers themselves should have a meeting but the Officers should. After earning an officer seat, then I think you can have a say. Soldiers should just watch because they're still training and should watch proper meeting go by. Now the reason I'm saying this is because I don't even like how the Lieutenants conduct themselves and thinking of soldiers with the same thing kinda makes me want to drive a hammer into my head.

lets say you join a bleach guild and earn the rank of soldier. However you have an idea for a bloody good roleplay, But others do as well, The officers wont care cos they have plans of there own, so theres little chance of them passing on the proper message.

Soldiers & officers meetings allow the ideas to be shared within both ranks ( Overseen by a captain or such ) and the appropriate changes made.

This is the perfect way for soldiers to truly have there say...

I agree with Kaicho and look at it this way if soldiers comes up with a good roleplay maybe we will see more of the soldiers RPing and maybe more people will be active.

Its not like we are giving them ultimate power or anything we are just giving them there own say because everyone should say in everything and pitch in your own ideas.

Dakota I am not saying you are wrong because you are right soldiers are still learning but with this idea soldiers can show you what they have learned and seen so that they can have a better chance to become officer rank and so forth.

True, but if they have a good Rp, then they could tell it to a Captain, and get it in that way. Also, the reason we made the Lt hall the Lt, and under hall is so that everyone can have a say in the guild. I'm sorry, but i don't see a need to add more subforums, when we have that one for everyone.

Your right the soldiers can just tell a Captain or put it in the Lt hall, but maybe the soldiers dont have confidence because they may think that their RP idea compare to a Captain's or even a Lt's Rp idea they don't stand a chance so they so they get intimidated and don't even bother pitching in.

But if the soldier see that they have there own hall that they can pitch there ideas maybe it will build up there confidence then you may see more people active, and soon after you may see alot more soldiers RPing outside of their Squads.
