Electivire (#466)
OU Tier

Art:
I like how Electivire follows a similar path from electabuzz. Interesting that they designed electabuzz first, went back a step with elekid, then forwards with electivire. It shows the more "feral" side than elekid does. But why did it's eye's change so much, it's only thing that throws it off for me, and it added red for some reason.
3.5/5
Casual:
Usually found a bit later in the game, Electabuzz is still a good Pokemon, decent stats, good Electric attacks learned via leveling. But it doesn't have much of a spread in terms of typing.
3.5/5
Competitive:
Electivire has a pretty good movepool (by breeding/TMs), make sure to abuse it. With a high physical damage, a decent special damage, and a good passive (if you can predict an electric attack, bait with a flying or water type and swap out and gain a boost to speed) Electivire can be a powerhouse. Unfortunatly, it gets walled and can be locked down. Still a good sweeper in OU
