Fanplusfriend is perfectly fine. Milanoo is a disaster. Do not buy from them.

Fanplusfriend is a reliable replica maker. They don't sell the real goods, all items are fakes. They do, however, provide their own photos. They have some issues on skirt lengths at times, so it's best to order with custom measurements and tell them in precise amounts how long you want your skirts and sleeves to be [ie: 20inches from the hip].
Milanoo is not, however. They're a cheap knock off company that sources to manymanymany tailors. Because of that, the quality is never consistent. Majority of their items come out looking nothing like the photos they've stolen, and oftentimes they come out unwearable. They're not worth the risk, even as comparatively cheap as they are. You're better off with Fanplusfriend, Bodyline, or Anna House.

and missed the fact that they do replicas.

SAVE for the fact that at least one button on every thing I've gotten has fallen off or at the very least come very loose. Lame buttons. XD
I have a meta replica from them. And I don't even really like Meta.
But it's my favourite and only JSK.

 YAY! Thanks so much! ^_^ I was told that the sizing on milanoo is horrible and i tried on a sailor kagome uniform top from there yesterday and it was an xxl and it fit me snugly. and i'm a size medium... i've been looking on bodyline for a while now and i think i'm going to give them and Fanplusfriend a try. ^_^ thank you so much for the advice!

Just so you know, sometimes fanplusfriend can be REALLY slow with their shipping. I know two people who waited forever for their orders. Bodyline is good quality. I buy from them. I own a dress and a few pairs of socks from them. Do your homework about their shipping options before choosing one. I went with EMS and was very pleased.
