Like Jesus Christ (only less holy and not crucified), Veneziano slowly stood up as the gaping wound in his neck knitted back together and healed.
Veneziano has been resurrected! But something seemed different about him. He began to fly toward the palace.
Then Lord Karo felt a weird...something come over him! He couldn't move and soon he realized that his legs were being controlled by something other than himself. "Please! I beg of you, help me!" he cried to the other members of the court, but to no effect. Instead they turned on him and for the first time he saw the evil lurking below. Veneziano burst in through the doors, blood still dripping down his front, and as he grinned it was also shown to be in his teeth. "Ah, Lord Karo, so it is now that we meet again," he said, narrowing his eyes and giving off a sinister, low chuckle. "Village b*****d."
And at once, every other Pokemon in the room lunged forward and attacked the one remaining villager.
And then it was all over. (Since the Ditto in the corner is technically an NPC.)
The game has been won!
Prizes will be posted soon! In the meantime, everyone is free to take the Pokemon you were given during the game as a recruit if you so desire (even if they're dead). However, this only stands if you made at least one RP post in this thread; if not, you may not reuse your character.

PRIZE TIME
Each of the below 'everyone's only applies to participants who sent in at least one move and made one RP post in this thread.
Everyone receives 2 mission points, and 2000PD; in addition everyone may recruit the Pokemon they controlled during the game. Every Neutral-oriented member receives another 1 mission point since their side won.

Best Chapter yet ^^ I"m going to not take Karo, due to the fact that I already have 9 members, soon to be 10 DX Trying to limit it to only pokemon that I really like now XD

Me too! But the one person I counted out in all of my strategies after I learned about Lairon's trainerness were Xatu and Ditto, the two exact people who I needed to kill earlier. Then once I learned that I needed to take out Xatu, it was too late DX After hearing the game from the other side I learned a lesson about who to trust too XD

Technically, I was in a team by myself the entire time, sooooo >.> Man, I can't even imagine how this might have turned out if I would have gotten control of the Sableye for even just a single turn. I identified the risk Tin posed the same turn she got caught and I was told I could control her sweatdrop Pfft, hindsight.
Mostly screwed around after Sableye got caught, I tried, but I wasn't exactly optimistic about killing everyone and staying alive. Hope at least I did some damage? wink
Anyways, I think I'm gonna leave Sennun by herself to haunt the seas or something. I've just finished a long campaign to integrate three new characters into my story, with two new ones waiting. Not up to taking one more ^^;
*promptly sticks Counter on my Glaceon who already knows most of the other barrier moves*

Yeah, sorry Cherry. xP I made an error in expecting Leah and Checks to be active, if they had been around the game would be much different; both Mafias were made to work together. The Moon, Ditto and Xatu, was meant to confuse others and be a power duo, mainly because Ditto learns others' moves and once Xatu knows that, it can control them. Thunder was less 'together', but had Sableye, who had important abilities with a little planning and Wobbuffet, who was meant to be able to live for a long time. And that Pokemon Trainer, my favorite role, was pretty overpowered but alone and without prediction, fairly useless - statistically speaking, Mari shouldn't have captured the Sableye.
In hindsight I believe I could have planned the game a little better. I wish I had made it more clear that the thread is where all talks should happen, but since right off the bat nobody used the thread properly, people didn't realize how I intended it to be used. Since most people here haven't played games of internet Mafia before (and it's true I really messed with the mechanics, and should have made people declare their attacks), they didn't know what to do or who to contact. This ended up leading to a few members having absolutely no clue who to trust for quite a while, unfortunately.

The deceit really made me feel guilty. I don't like lying to people. >__<
After I had Ditto tranform into Tin, I learned about her Pokeball ability. Then I sent a PM of how my Xatu would be possessing her Tin and making him use his ability on Eleanor so I'd be on her side and it sounded like a threat. I was afraid she'd hate me. >_____< I just wanted to say that I'm sorry, Mari!
Anyway, Great Job, everybody! I'm really impressed with all the stragegy a lot of people put into this.

Same here ._. I don't think I've sent any information without some lies in it this entire game. Part of me was cackling like a evil maniac while the rest of me cringed. (Especially since my goal was "I'm screwed, so screw everyone as much as possible~")
This was really fun, but I don't think I'd do it again. My conscience was and still is really really upset at me sweatdrop Always been a terrible lier in real life, and this game told me it wasn't because I was bad at lying, I just felt too bad about it.
