Does anyone crack/pop their neck like i do?????
T^T I just found some very interesting information about this....
I already knew that there were veins and nerves in your spine that lead to your brain what I didn't know was that if you make one false move when cracking your neck...you will cut or break one of those veins and you will be brain dead...D: who knew...

i knew that and my neck well ill pop it more times than i can count in a day my chiropractor/acupuncturist/herbologist doesn't really like the fact and well you can also damage the muscles and disk in your neck
