I have become a huge fan of 'the nap'. I used to be very anti napping. Its use was for small children, old people, and when you were ill.
But now, on a sunny day, all I wanna do is nap. My opinion of it changed when I was in Europe. Some of my best moments of that trip were the afternoon naps haha

Mmm, napping. I could go for one now! (if not for, you know - promising to go help a friend pack her house) sweatdrop heart

I'm kind of the same way. A few years ago, I went out of my way to avoid falling asleep during the day, too much I 'had' to do. Now, I love them. It's to the point I almost have to have one at least once every other day. I can just sit back in my deceptively comfy chair, close my eyes, and come to an hour or two later. (Unfortunately, sometimes unexpected naps lead to headaches, which isn't fun at all...)

I've started falling asleep whenever I take a bus home.

heh I always would fall asleep on the bus. I don't know what it is about them, but they make me sleepy.
I could have used a nap today =( and yesterday.
