 I could totally make endless sexual references about a wooden boys nose that grows into a long slender shape.... I think it'd grow, since the only time he'd tell someone it'd grow is if they asked him what would happen if he told the truth.

if he said my nose will now grow then he would be lying. but then if he were lying his nose would grow. which means he wasn't lying so his nose wouldnt gro-*head explodes*

Well if you look from real-life point of veiw instead of fiction story then, the face that the nose growing so long would mort likely have 2..no 3 things happen.
1: with the nose growning so long theres a good chance that the body would over banced and he would fall over, A LOT.
2: increaing the nose would allso increase the air intake. A wooden boy on high - a very bad children story - on oxganen.
3: again with the intake of air his body might just coplase
