I like you for reasons that no one else can see
I keep to myself these thoughts for unknown reasons
You on the other hand like someone else
I can't help but wonder what you see in her
I try to be better so you'd really see me as a person
And not as something that you can ditch if desired
I don't like to be an object of passion
All I want is to be loved for all that I am
For all that I can be and for the person that I will be

WHY

Life seems to be perfect, why am I not happy?
My family is complete, why am I not contented?
My mind is till intact, why can't I think?
School is not a chore, why don't I have a life?
Why can't I understand life when I tried to find it's meaning yet and yet again?
Why am I lost when I know this place like the back of my hand?
Why do I keep on asking when there will never be an answer?
Why do I have to be so uncertain about the reason of me exsistance?
Why do I push myself away when I get close to someone?
Why can't life just be plain so I can understand it?

--On The Battlefield Of Love--
So suddenly a cold chill cuts breath
And within the seconds their is a stalkin gdeath
A flooding red fills my lungs
And all of what i knew
Within seconds the cause, oh she is in view
A last vision on this day begging me to fade

And the more i begin to fade
The world starts out as a phase
The after effect of a loving suicide
Here it is now before my eyes
Not a bright light or a blanket of darkness to rise
The vision of her saying what she feels
So vastly i'm cut off my heels
Fallen, she stares to me like the sun
Never blinking and only to remain
Simply a neverending day
Here i've fallen on the blood red trail and this is all i have

So slow a death passes by
Nine lives down to one i beg
For a chance i suppose
But here she comes and i see my slit wrists
A photo album she tried to kiss goodbye (Haunting now)
In her eyes i fade as a dream
With the photos of scars by my side
And here finally comes my crushing tide!

So delicately... Her love touches me
Now here on skin her words fade with me
The skin adds a portrait of what i used to be
Not a single Memory...
Can keep this soul alive..
Can't keep this soul alive...
Not one thing, can keep it alive
