Yah the tricky could be better, but its more of a situational card. Cyber dragon just has a lot more benefits to him. For instance he can fusion summon with any other machines on the field to bring chimeratech fortress dragon out on the field which is really good agianst decks that run gadgets or any other deck that runs machines.
