Let's just say i understand where you're comming from. I didn't watch the video, nor would i ever like to, because i really don't like her, nor really any american music in general. I have to say that if she's wearing what one would call "lolita" then Kudos on actually knowing the style. And if you truely like the style you can understand or tell if she's wearing it totally wrong or if it looks fake. We all know what i mean by this. And just because she's an icon right now, doesn't mean that the style will go into the mainstream, i mean... There are plenty of people who find it to be Fetish, and not just the lolicon stuff. Maids, too. I personally like that black and white maid style of dressing. so gothic lolita. But people stay away because it's sort of "taboo" and the lolicon thing too. If you know about it, kudos to you. If you really understand the style and the lifestyle that sort-of goes with it, then you shouldnt take it wrongly.
