O.o Ian doesn't hate Gino.
Ian has been under the protection of G Corp while Johnny and Edmund have always been supplying him with a suppressant for his vampirism. They appear as brothers because Ian, Louie, and Gino are all tied to Rosalie; Gambino's wife.
As for moments before the murder- Ian wasn't even in the manga, so... You've lost me there.
