Michiru Kaioh -- Michiru Kaioh is a very talented violinist who attends Mugen Gakuen with her girlfriend, Haruka Tenoh. She first appears in Act 24, Volume 07.
Sailor Neptune -- In Act 25, Volume 08, Sailor Neptune appears, though we do not find out that she is actually Michiru Kaioh until Act 27, Volume 08. She uses "Neptune Power, Make Up!" to transform. Despite the fact that her uniform changes twice, the form is always known as "Sailor Neptune" in the manga ("Super Sailor Neptune," for example, is never mentioned in the manga).
Princess Neptune -- Princess Neptune was the princess of Neptune during the Silver Millennium. Michiru appears in this form from time to time. Her castle is Triton Castle.
Eternal Sailor Neptune -- Not shown in the anime at all, but closely resembling Sailor Moon's eternal form sans wings
Evil Sailor Neptune -- After all of the senshi have been destroyed in the final arc, Galaxia uses her power to revive them in Act 50, Volume 50. They wear her bracelets, and attempt to kill Sailor Moon on Galaxia's behalf. Evil Sailor Neptune attacks with "Galactica Submarine Violon Tide."

Sailor Neptune -- In episode 090, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus appear in the shadows. It isn't until episode 092 that viewers get to fully see them. Sailor Neptune transforms with "Neptune Planet Power, Make Up!"
Michiru Kaioh -- In episode 092, we learn that Sailor Neptune is actually Michiru Kaioh, a very talented violinist who attends Mugen Gakuen with her girlfriend, Haruka Tenoh.
Super Sailor Neptune -- In episode 167, Sailor Neptune becomes Super Sailor Neptune, and becomes more powerful, due to baby Hotaru.
Evil Sailor Neptune -- In episode 197, Galaxia tells the senshi that they can either die or become her servants. In order to try to defeat Galaxia, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus exchange their starseeds for bracelets, becoming her servants. They pretend to follow her orders, but ultimately attack Galaxia with their bracelets in episode 198. Galaxia survives, and removes the bracelets from their wrists, killing them.
Princess Neptune -- Princess Neptune was the princess of Neptune during the Silver Millennium. She is never shown in her manga counterpart's gown, but instead wearing a roman style dress the same as the other guardian senshi
Anime Henshin & Attacks
Neptune Planet Power, Make Up!
Michiru Kaioh's only anime transformation phrase, which she uses to transform into Sailor Neptune. It appears first in episode 106.
Deep Submerge
Sailor Neptune's first attack. She calls upon the powers of the oceans and seas. A wave of water is compressed into an orb shaped like a planet and thrown at the enemy. It is first shown in episode 90 without words, and it is first shown with words in episode 92.
Submarine Reflection
Super Sailor Neptune's attack, using the Deep Aqua Mirror. It either reveals weaknesses in enemies through the mirror or emits blasts of blue energy from the mirror, hitting the enemies. It is first used in the SuperS movie.
