Vegetarians though have to eat those pills to get proteins and stuff that meat eaters get from eating meat.
Sure, some vegetarians take vitamins. But not all do. That's because a balanced vegetarian diet contains everything that humans need, including protein found in beans. And many meat eaters take vitamins too.
So they're not a vegetarian only thing, or even a vegetarian requirement. They're for anyone who just wants to make sure they're getting everything, pregnant women, children, people who are taking medications that can leech nutrients from their body, etc.

How can not eating natural creatures be healthy?
Just because something is natural doesn't mean it's healthy for everyone. Animals all have different digestive systems and dietary needs. And that means what is healthy depends on who we're talking about!
Fruits and vegetables are natural and healthy for some animals (like humans, guinea pigs, rabbits, etc.)
But animals who were designed to eat meat (like lions and tigers) probably wouldn't do well on a diet of fruits and vegetables.
Our bodies are not designed like a lion's body. Our bodies are actually built more like herbivore bodies than they are like carnivore bodies. So a simple look at our body suggests that we are meant to have a plant-based or mostly plant-based diet.

It's the additives and mixtures that we add to the meats that create problems, but eating meat plain just doesn't taste good and that's why we add that stuff. We do it to ourselves.
That's somewhat true. Meat often does contain a lot of hormones, pus, and bacteria. That stuff gets there because factory farms (where most meat comes from) are dirty places, and the animals are often kept on antibiotics. But that doesn't mean that meat is healthy even without that stuff.
A little meat isn't necessarily going to kill you. But most Americans eat way too much of it. And most meat naturally contains a lot of cholesterol and saturated fat. Lions can handle it because they've evolved to handle it. But in the human body, that stuff clogs arteries. That's why heart disease is the number one killer in America, but it is not the number one killer in places where people eat less meat. In fact, in parts of Asia where people rarely eat meat, heart disease is almost unheard of.
But I've also read that a lot of nutrients in vegetables we eat, get wasted because our body can't absorb it, like can't break the cell wall down or something like that. I still believe humans are Omnivores. And heart disease is linked to so many things it's ridiculous! But yea, I'm sure eating meats a lot is a cause out of many others too. XD
