Proof that they are doing this. The introduction says that they are trying to answer some common and not so common questions regarding Islam. Why should I believe you over them? And please don't answer me in chat speak again. I can barely read what you are saying.

When I clicked this topic, here I thought there'll be a decent discussion on what becomes of Islam nowadays and yet...
The problem, in my opinion does not lie in religions but in people themselves.

No matter what the religion, Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Buddha, Islam and the whole group, they kept insisting and insisting. No, insisting is too kind. Pushing.
I'm a Muslim and sometimes, I sighed seeing my fellows pushing things.
Muhammad SAW do not (NEVER) results to pushing so what gives you the right to 'insist with passion'?

There's no such thing as tweaking the rules in Islam.
When it's a sin, it's a sin.
The so call 'tweaking' in rules are called 'applying' rules from way, way back in time in accordance to the modern days.
Drugs, for example.
The mentioned law was "cannot consume things that altered one's conscious and state of mind, playing with their mind".
'Things' can be alcohols, and yes, in modernization drugs.
...This is why I don't peek in the guild often...
