I'm a big whiny baby right now because I'm not exercising. I'm not exercising because I have a stitch in my back. I have a stitch in my back because my doctor is sadistic and likes to cut me. (mole biopsy)
Seriously though. You'd never think one little hole and a stitch could be so aggravating but I can't stretch most of the way out, I can't do sit ups, flexing the muscles there hurts so I can't do pushups and planks, running jiggles the fat I *do* have on my back and just generally everything pulls at this one little stitch and it's the most alien feeling in the world.
*stabs at back*

Oh dear, what an inconvenient place for an injury (intentional or not, it's still wounded). Your back is used in almost everything.. I'm really sorry to hear that. e__e
Can you do lunges/free weights? That might help if only for now. ):

Drink alot of water, and let yourself heal. Please do not rush it, just do floor excercise.

Try walking, but don't push yourself. If you start hurting then stop exercising. Just drink water and don't binge on junk food. And keep your stitches clean! You don't want any funky infections going on in there.
