That happened before we were in spanish when a boy called me a black white mix.I went off on him my friend Kim was like Ahlea calm down, Miss Amaya is right there. stressed I told him that I was black and new that my ancestors slaved over this land.Now he respects me and another girl had been messing around with my race and she left off that subject. rolleyes Yet mybe it's because I don't have Air Forces anddon't enjoy the song "Grillz". In primary I usually hung out with everyone in my class since my school was mainly black but the prgram had mainly white kids.So my best friends were white and I jiust acted liek how everyone else did in my class.Now that my scholl and class is mainly african-american I mean sure I've changed,but I'm still me don't judge me by my pronounciation or my skin.{Plz I know what I am. talk2hand }

Crystal Espers My friend use to say that I acted white because I wasn't into things that a 'typically' black person would like. 66 Same here! 3nodding

Kadaj_Lockheart That's why I get discriminated against. I'm only half black, but I don't really look like it that much. It's a bit confusing because when I talk like my self, people call me white, when I talk like the *stereotypical black person* then people call me black. What is happenin to this world? I don't know, but I go through the same thing. One time, my twin, my cousin (doesn't know to much English), and I were over my twin's friend's house and we were speaking Chinese to my cousin. My twin's friend's mom looked at me (thinking I was my twin) with a surprised and confused look. rofl

yeah i understand 100 persent. I cant stand it when People say I "act white" because i listen to heavy metal. So the ******** what if i listin to metal. I listin to funk, bass jazz and 80s rap too, does anyone say anything? no. Just because I live and breath metal doesnt mean im trying to be "white" its the one and only thing i can rely on. just because a few black people listin to rap doesnt mean that we all have to. Even blacks say this to me and i find them racist against there own race. I see it as saying " hey, your not one of us because you dont dress the same and listen to the same kinda music, all blacks do this" Do you think marten luther king or malcom x would listin to rap now adays if they where alive? i doubt it. do you think there black? damn right they are.

I think it would be fun to act the stereotype of my race for one day. Although to do so I would have to steal your car, stab your a**, impregnate your daughter, and mix my languages. The first three I have no problem doing. However I hate speaking in Beaner-English. I do it when I get mad though.

Although to do so I would have to steal your car, stab your a**, impregnate your daughter, and mix my languages. The first three I have no problem doing. However I hate speaking in Beaner-English. Through 4th-8th grade I went to a Catholic School. My two older brothers and I were the only black kids except for two little african brothers. Before that I and my brothers were always the token black kids in our public school. Until I started high school, I battled with myself trying to learn what I am. I was called and made myself laugh over every name in the book except for the N word which they knew better than to call me. I heard every racist joke there is to hear and laughed over thos as well. I was friends with two of the three mexican girls in the class. As soon as I started high school, the racist jokes and comments disappeared.
I now except that I love different kinds of music and I dont force myself to listen to any one kind. My friends are all races and Im not forced to tolerate anyone that I dont have to. I greatly dislike * I wont say hate* being called white because Im African-American and my taste in clothes and music doesnt change that.
