Talwin was found among the gutters of the hidden sand left abandoned for the his bright green eyes and hardened inhuman looking scales on his right shoulder and down along his spine. Another was his dark ashened skin. He was raised by a single mother as his father had perished as a ninja. For all intents and purposes his father was an average ninja and it made Talwin want to follow in his father’s footsteps and hopefully bring his name into the legends of the sand village.

Using Wind Country's Diplomatic Funds to Create a Patrol Route to Wind country. Spending the initial 300 Ryo, on building creation and then another 600 on increasing Durability from 10 to 70

Also spending 39,000 on The federal reserve to add 130 Employees resulting in a total monthly income of:

3,500 Ryo a month for anything funds

And 7,000 Ryo a month for Diplomatic Funds.

I am then Claiming July's Income Bringing the village funds to a total of

23,500 Ryo For Anything funds

And

7,100 Ryo For Diplomatic funds

I am then spending 6,900 of the diplomatic funds for another 23 employees at the federal reserve ending up with a monthly village income of

4,075 Ryo for anything funds

And

8,150 for Diplomatic funds
