Hmm. I swear there used to be some Repo! shirts at either The Official Repo! Store or Little Glass Vial.

There is still the Cafepress Repo Store which as far as I know still goes towards someone in an official capacity (Darren/the website/Lionsgate/whoever). I got a Graverobbers Will Be Executed On Sight t-shirt from there a while back and it's awesome.

If you do happen to like whatever shirt Hot Topic has right now I strongly encourage you to get it if you can, just because the more Repo! stuff gets bought, the more Repo! stuff they're likely to produce. biggrin

I understand how you feel, and its not a bad feeling. I hate fake fans, and I defiantly don't want Repo! to be misconstrued.

Well.... it's kind of hard to explain. I'm an intuitive person, so a lot of the times I have more evidence from the-I know it sounds cheesy- vibes they send and their actions combined, rather than actions alone. So you kind of have to bear with me on that. (and I'm not using that as an excuse because I "don't have any other reason" because I know some people will come to that conclusion because it is a logical conclusion.) Anyways, what I was trying to say was that there are fake fans (since there are fake fans for everything and everyone with anything that anyone will ever know,like,or hear about) and when I do encounter them they bug me, because Repo is very special to me and I'm protective like that. (I have 4 siblings that are real close so yeah.) I hope that explains it more.=)

I think I might kind of get what you mean, with the whole "six month fan" or "fake fan"....I don't like the term "fake fan", and I think that's what was throwing me off.

Ok, so the people that see Repo! and like it, but only for so long. No, they aren't really fans. But you can still like something, but yet not be a fan of it. For example, I like to listen to the band Lacrimas Profundere...but I wouldn't call myself a fan, because I really don't care about how their career goes. If they stopped making music now, I wouldn't care. I just liked the songs I've heard. Someone watches Repo!, they like it, but don't care about the road tours, or if there's going to be a sequel, etc. etc. And it's irritating to you, because you're so passionate about it, and you do care about those things. Talking about Repo! is more fun when you're around fans who like just as much as you do. (But at least we got their money out of them.)

I could understand that.
It's like when someone tells me half-assedly that they "like Lost, it's an alright show." And I'll be like "NO, IT'S ******** AWESOME. LET ME TELL YOU WHY." xd

That's about it actually! And I'm supposed to be the well-spoken one... But yeah, that about explains it, especially the whole comparison with Lost. I'm like that when I talk to people about Repo. X3 sweatdrop And that is true. We did get the money from them.....

True. They do help spread the word. I can deal with them, even if they bug me. I'll just jedi-mind trick them so they'll buy a bunch of Repo stuff. =P
