Roy watched as the second egg hatched, revealing a little female kit. He sighed and shook his head. He had wanted a male to continue on the Flame Alchemist legacy but...He pondered to himself. Maybe this might be the perfect chance to have a female alchemist. He smirked slightly. Maybe his daughter might be a better alchemist than Edward Elric.
"Yes, dear, very adorable." Except for my son, he thought to himself. He didn't really know what to think of his son.
The little male kit blinked as he looked over at his mother. "Mama?" He crawled over to Kaoru and curled up next to her, squinting his eyes shut, causing his red eyeliner to appear as if they were his real eyes.

"Is there something wrong huney?" she asked tilting her head. She watched as her son curled up against her forepaws. "I guessing they both got my good looks." she said trying not to laugh. "How about for names Elizabeth and Edward?" she said nuzzling the two newborn kits.

"Elizabeth...and Edward," Roy said, repeating the names that Kaoru said to him slowly. He liked those names. His daughter's name reminded him of Riza. He wondered how she was doing in the other world that he left behind. Maybe she was out here, looking for him. He shook his head. That wasn't really possible.
"That and your red make-up."
