Rei blinked in surprise as Ace grabbed her hand and reflexively snatched her hand back and used it to fix her hat to avoid showing her discomfort. "So I heard..." She replied to Okami. "I've got nothing else to do at the moment with no one asking for my assistance and no news for me about anything important." She said. She had a habit of sounding too on-the-job like, even in casual situations. A lot of people disliked talking to her for those reasons.

Rei made a crooked frown as she watched him run, then took off after him. Looks like I ran into the wrong boy if I planned on being left alone...
