*nods in agreement with Shiloh* Yes, quite true. I actually came back to compliment Poodle Crusader's fanfiction. I've read everything written so far, and I'm dying for more! I sound like a nagging noob, but I'm hooked onto your writting. Bravo! *screams "Encore, encore!" at top of lungs* 3nodding

I feel incredibly sorry for both the lion and the orynx; both were in less than desirable circustances. The lion without a pride and obviously suffering due to it, the orynx starving and seperated from it's own species. Very sad.
In regards to male lions being somewhat nasty towards their own species? Our good old domestic kitties are just as bad. Tom cats will kill litters of kittens without hesitation. They have no time for them at all.

Our first cats were taken out of the barn where they were because their father was a particularly large and aggressive feral; the barn owner was afraid they'd be killed.
