Don

"Thanks a ton! You're a huge help!"
The Furret leaned forward and took both of Erinn's claws in his own paws and gave the Paras a rather violent handshake. It wasn't really clear how he was holding himself up from the position, not that Erinn would really have time to contemplate the matter. He was likely to be rather shaken, you see.
Don seemed suddenly taken aback as if he had had a sudden realization that ended with him crossing his stubby arms as best he could.
"I don't want to take up too much of your time, though. How about we just walk around so I can get my bearings? If I know where everything is I should be fine on my own."
It seemed like he felt a little bit uncomfortable with how much he was dragging the Paras around already.
Don gave a solid nod to himself before adding one last thing with a sincere smile on his face.
"I'd like to see the guildmaster's office, though! If I join, I'll be working for him, right? It'd be nice to see where he does his work as the leader."

Erinn

Erinn smiled shakily as the Furret thanked him, trying to simultaneously figure out a way out of this situation and to appease the other Pokemon as he did so. The little Bug Type was hardly used to such aggressive personalities as this one after all, so it stood to reason that he would think odd things about this Pokemon when he was a stranger to the entire concept. Without warning, the Paras was lifted up by Don's handshake mid-thought and Erinn scrabbled for a grip as he was shaken up and down several times by the action. It left him dazed as he was dropped back to the ground again and he put a claw to his head dizzily as the room seemed to spin slightly. "N-No problem..." he returned weakly as he tried his best not to topple over. However, there was a slight benefit to the rattling of the Paras' brains, that being that his rational side managed to break through the paranoia that had been taking him over. Sure this guy was over enthusiastic, but did that mean he was evil? Yes! his paranoia said bluntly. But maybe not... his rationale argued. Erinn looked back at Don uncertainly, trying to judge one way or another but unable to come to a definitive decision. Maybe it'd be best to think about it the way that Era would here. His Leader would certainly say something along the lines of Don't jump to conclusions Erinn, everyone deserves a chance. If that was the case, then maybe he should try to not be so afraid of this unnerving Furret.

At that moment, Don seemed to affirm the Paras' second guess of his thoughts by showing an unexpected statement of thoughtfulness. For the first time, Erinn managed to put on an almost genuine smile and nodded slightly. "I-It should be fine either way," he said carefully, "Wh-Whatever you prefer, I-I have some time." He just had to hope that he didn't regret those words later. The Furret smiled again as he mentioned finding the Guildmaster's office and this time, whether it was just the change in Erinn's mindset or if there was something truly different about it, the smile wasn't nearly as frightening. Maybe...Maybe he wasn't so frightening as he seemed? "A-Alright," the Paras said, collecting his bearings as he looked about at the Main Hall, trying to visulize the positioning of the things about the Guild.

"R-Right," he said after a moment. "This is the M-Main Hall, where the entrance is and everything though y-you probably already figured that out. There are l-lots of places about the Guild that the m-members and sometimes others are fr-free to access. There's the Library, and the Pool, and the Commons Room...well, y-you get the picture, right? There are also more practical things too, like the Training Field and the Infirmary...and the Graveyard..." Erinn gave a nervous shudder at the mention of the place. So many good Pokemon were buried there, and he was terrified that it would be one of his friends next. Not to mention... Well, let's just say the Paras was the type to believe in ghosts. "A-Anyway... In the W-West Wing is where all the Team Rooms are, a-anyone registered as a m-member of the Guilds gets a r-room designated to them that they can call h-home. That's also where the G-Guildmaster's Office is." He'd made a point of gesturing to the general vicinity of the place he'd been talking about when he'd mentioned it, and now he looked up at the Furret. "D-Did you want to go anywhere particular first or...?"

Don

"Hmm..."
The Furret half-crossed his arms again, seemingly unaware of how silly the gesture looked as he thought it over.
He seemed really glad to have the help though, as he eventually nodded to himself again and gave a smile.
"Anywhere's fine. But if it's not a problem, there's another place I really want to see. I heard there's a place here... The um... Crystal... something...?" Don's voice trailed off and paused as he tried to remember what it was called, but eventually shook his head. "I heard you can evolve there, if you want to. It sounds like a really cool place. I've never heard of somewhere where you can evolve like that before! And if I'm a part of a team... Well, I won't really need to go there but one of my friends might."
It wasn't really an unusual request, all things considered. For someone as excitable as him, they were probably really big places in the guild.
"Anyways, aside from those two places, anywhere else is fine. It's just really hard to get my bearings! I think if I keep going around on my own I'll get totally lost."

Erinn

The Paras watched the thoughtful look come over the Furret's expression again and waited for a verdict from the other Pokemon. This wasn't so bad right? He was being helpful and it didn't seem like there was anything strange going on here so it definitely wasn't as horrible as he'd anticipated. At the mention of the other place, Erinn smiled in recognition of the description. "Oh, you mean the Crystal Chamber," the Paras said, feeling rather self-satisfied at being able to identify it, "Yeah, you can evolve there if you want, provided you meet certain requirements that is. Lots of people end up using it when they can though, it's pretty convenient. Of course...I know what you mean about not needing to go there." It was different definitely, but sort of similar Erinn thought as his claw tapped the carved Everstone that hung about his neck. For a Paras to evolve meant that he had to be taken over by the parasitic mushrooms on his back, which Erinn had no desire for. Of course, when one considered that it was only a tiny stone on a chain keeping him from this fate it became a little easier to see why the Bug Type was as paranoid as he was. "It is really useful for those who want or need to evolve though," he said hastily, not wanting to make it sound like a bad place.

It wasn't hard to tell that Erinn was getting more comfortable with the situation because his nervous stutter had ceased for the time being. Yet his dubious thoughts still tried to get him to doubt, He's only asking about the Crystal Chamber and the Guildmaster's Office? What's that about? Those are the two most important places in the Guild... The Paras shook his head, trying to clear the suspicious thoughts, insisting to himself that they were probably the most well-known places to those outside the Guild and that there wasn't anything strange about it at all, although the doubt still lingered despite his best efforts. "A-Alright," Erinn said, fighting back the stutter that threatened to return, "I guess we could pass by the Crystal Chamber and then head back around to the Guildmaster's Office. See, you're not really supposed to go into the Chamber unless you're planning on using it so I wouldn't recommend it. N-Not to mention I'd prefer to stay a safe distance away from it-just in case." This time the Paras pressed the stone against his skin, seeming to be reassured by the cool, heavy presence of the object. "As for the Guildmaster's Office though. Well, we could probably actually step in there if you like. I don't think anyone would have a problem with it." Erinn smiled sheepishly, "If that sounds fine with you I guess you can follow me and I'll lead you there."

Don

"Yeah, that'd be great!"
The Furret seemed really happy. Almost exceedingly so.
He gave Erinn a boisterous slap on the back as he laughed in a simple expression of joy.
"You're a great guy, taking time out of your day like this! I'm sure you must be really busy being an explorer and all that."
Don dropped to all fours and gave Erinn a big smile before walking off in the direction the Paras had pointed to earlier. He had said it was in the west wing, right?

((Feel free to take the first post.))

Atra && Melissa && Hope

"I don't think they're around here." Atra commented, reppearing beside Melissa and Hope. The Bulabsaur, used to such things, wasn't even surprised.

"I don't sense any Pokemon nearby either." Hope remarked. Atra gave it some thought; so the thieves weren't here. He had searched pretty thoroughly and Hope would know. They should probably move on to somewhere else, but what if the thieves come here right after they leave?

"Hope, can you keep a lookout here?" Atra asked the Jirachi and the small legendary nodded. She floated down and handed the glowing Luminous Orb to Melissa, its light having faded a bit after activation to be more bearable. Melissa's right vine came up to wrap around it, pushing Hope's ribbons off its surface.

Hope would alert them if anything happens here. Time to move on to the next area.

"Let's check the main hall." It was another place they'd run for first, though by now if they had they had probably discovered the locked doors and left elsewhere. But they might be able to pick up clues if they had been there.

---

Atra and Melissa walked into the Main Hall. Ah, this place was always where all the stupid, screwy, world-breaking stuff happens. How many times have they rebuilt this place?

The two of them did a quick scan of the Main hall, but it's rather open so they didn't really have to do a lot of detailed searching.

The Main Hall, as expected, was empty. Even the Infirmary would prove fruitless to search if they decided to, as from the lights and the periodically seen staff within it was obvious enough that no thieves had snuck in there. Only one thing of note would happen. It would be the soft but rapid pitter-patter of footfalls as someone sprinted into and then very quickly out of the main hall. One would only be able to hazard a guess, but it seemed like it was headed in the rough direction of the Training Field.

Irked with the matter that his own stolen goods weren't in the hands of the petrified robber back in the training grounds; Finian and co now found themselves back inside with a little less pep in their step due to disheartened fatigue wandering the Main Hall. At least he could feel some joy for the other team that was there and managed to stop the perpetrator before his arrival, but it was all the more annoying to know that there then must have been many more thieves running loose around the guild.
"Ya' know? I don't recall ever meeting an Absol before, or at the very least having the chance to talk to one. Generally my acquaintances aren't long lived for one reason or another. I think I'm going to stick around here for quite awhile though. Doesn't that sound like fun~?"
As silence began to irritate Ein, it wasn't very long before the Celebi spoke, never quite getting to a point with what he was trying to say so it was only expected that Finian tuned him out according and continued on with his search, scouring the dark halls with eyes that naturally were at home in the dark.
"Aren't you supposed to, like, have some interesting skills as a 'Disaster Pokemon'? I mean, by species alone you should be getting more reverence than what you appear to do. Working for such a lowly rescue team. Heh, but look who's talking 'ere~."
The pixie continued onward, well aware of the fact that it was rather hard to coax any sort of response from this particular canine especially with how many buttons were already pressed by this point in the night.
"I'm not that well practiced to say I can predict any sort of natural disaster. I guess that most of my species could with proper training. I really don't know how it works. Maybe it's just all superstition. As far as the guild goes...It's just nice to help people sometimes."
Finian responded truthfully, having nothing to speak against or ignore in the topic at hand.
"That's supid. You're stupid. Stupid and defective."
Ein retorted, now more entranced by the waning conversation than the scenery around him; his words ushering in another bout of silence.

Aside from the appearance of Nova faintly rubbing her head (no doubt after seeing Ein) the main hall was empty.
They would have to search elsewhere.
