Echo
Echo's jaw literally dropped when Soi started going off on Amanda, but quickly closed it and began gritting his sharp teeth. This is exactly what Echo was trying to avoid. Somebody's feelings getting hurt. He completely ignored Soi's last statement. Even though He could sense it too. That didn't matter to him at the moment. His dark lidded eyes followed Amanda as she left. Echo...had never seen somebody with such a hurt look on their face. Besides her own sister. He could clearly recall a very similar situation happening. Still...This was different. The hurt look on Amanda's face was something Echo couldn't ignore. He watched helplessly, biting his lip as he watched her walk out the door. When she left, Echo spun around on his heel and shot his partner a very disheartened stare.
''Idiot...You idiot!!'' He shouted at the top of his lungs and clenched his fists tightly. Normally Echo didn't get angry at all, but that look on Amanda's face hit waaay to close to home.
''You're so mean...Why would you say something like that?!" Even if it was true. There were some things...you just don't say to other people. Especially if you were friends. Though Soi and Antony weren't friends, but Echo was friends with Antony. So it still upset her. Even though Soi probably thought there wasn't anything wrong with what she said. Who knows what was going on in her head. It was Echo's fault...all of this. He tried to prevent this from happening, but it backfired and took a horrible turn towards the depths of hell. He lost a friend...probably two knowing how Ame was Antony's partner. For the first time in Echo's life. His disheartened stare turned into a sharp glare as his lips curled down into a hurt scowl.
''You...JUST DO WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT! It's not like you can make anything worse!'' He yelled, slamming his fist against the counter, making a small spark from his fist. Looked like his arm was about to do a partial transformation, but failed at the last minute. Echo paused in mid rage, just now realizing the commotion he was making, disturbing others and even yelling at his own partner. He scoffed with a strong look of disgust and stormed off towards the door. Then...it unintentionally slipped out. Something...He probably didn't even mean to say. It was almost like a reenactment of what happened a long time ago..
''I-i don't ever want to see you again!" He barked and raced out the door. From the looks of it, He was headed back home. Even though they live in the same condo, but at this point anywhere was better then Deathbucks. Echo tended moderately to over react at times, but this time he crossed the line and said something he didn't really mean. It was difficult to say, but He might have acted a bit selfishly. A mistake he'll soon have to realize.
