So yeah I don 't like coffee anymore. If you have that combined with anxiety, being tired, not drinking any water, and smoking....you see spots.
Last night I was seeing spots and I got so scared.Though after getting some sleep it went away. Not to mention drinking water.
yeah I'm staying away from coffee.
