I used to watch it, but the anime timeskip takes way too long...So now I only watch the important ones...
I read the manga!
The dub just....no. People can rant all they want about "being a voice actor is hard work" but still doesn't mean you hire craptastic voice talents. I like maybe...3-5 voices, and lemme tell ya, they don't appear too often in episodes. I like my share of dubs, just not this one.
It's funny because ever since I found out that Yuri Lowenthal plays Sasuke's dub voice, I've been hearing him everywhere!

I had four box sets of the series all the way up to episode 150 or summat like that, and I let my bro borrow them. When I asked for them back, he said he let my other brother borrow them. Back and forth back and forth I went trying to figure out where they went. Needless to say, they got 'lost' somewhere, and I still don't have my damn DVD'S that I ordered and payed an ungodly amount for...

actually, no. those are all wrong for me...
i watch the subs on narutomagic.com or youtube...
SO I PWN YOU ALL BY BEING ABLE TO SEE SUBBED NARUTO FOR FREE, AND NOT HAVING TO HEAR HIM SAY "BELIEVE IT!"

I prefer the manga, but I watch the anime too.
I watch the dub...[oh, kill me D:<]
It's only because I just listen to what they're saying while I do about a gazillion other things, so you know.
But still...
...Naruto Abridged is the best dub out there [despite the anti-yaoiness].

I wathc the FanSubs to get the whole, non-ohmygosh anime is for children so we have to edit it because all children have utterly no idea what death and blood are, story, then I watch the dub because I want to watch it without having to tire my eyes out, and it's interesting to see what each characters voice will sound like then they come up in the dub.

I watch the fansubs on veoh (since youtube's freaking out and deleting all the anime), but I can't download the episodes! crying Or if I do they won't play! I also read the manga and am currently watching a marathon of the english dub (finally it'll hit 100 episodes on sunday). It's a bit depressing though. Everytime Naruto opens his mouth to speak, I think back on the japanese voice. It's a real letdown.
