There are alot of cute accessories on ebay if you type "kawaii/cute" in the 'Search' bar... Its easy to find, and most of them are cheap!

I adore Cute-Plush. I have the Pink Let Go shirt from there and I just ordered the Angel Fox Ring, the Blue Japanese Food and the Pink Candy House shirts, and the Fox Mouse Pad. I pretty much want to own the entire store someday I love it all. And her art is amazing too, go check out the cute Lolita Dress Up Gameshe made
Ku-Ki Shop has some cute accesories as well. Online is really my favorite place because you can find so many things!

My most kawaii hair clips are well, the ones I use when I dress decora ^__^
I wish I had a picture to post, but I am on my laptop right now, and not my computer so sweatdrop
But my favorite of my favorites are my light pink bows with white lace around the sides 3nodding

I saw a random napkin on
my fathers desk so I pinched
the center of it, now to think
about it, that's probably best
way to make a hair bow.
I took picture with cell and
the guild in the background,

That's pretty much how you make a bow clip, yes!
Use a small strip of the same stuff to hold the middle together,
affix a hair clip or safety pin to the back, and you've got yourself a bow accessory.

I got a new accessory today! ^0^ It's a key-chain, but i use it as a phone-charm.  I got it at the dollar store by my house!! It's a hot-pink bear slinky thingy! It was so cute, i HAD to buy it!! And if you're wondering about the cute octopus-looking charm next to it, i made that thing years ago out of an old curtain tassle i found!! ^_^
