Well, I've been singing since I've been able to memorize a sentence (or a lyric really), and I've had good reviews when in school musicals and things. Well my Choir is only offered in high school around here (or was when I was in middle school) the summer of my Freshmen year I went to Band Camp (yes band camp) and did a skit dor skit night *go figure* and I sang a little song parody. Everyone loved the comedy poarody I did and asked me if I was in choir. And that's what really got me thinking that I would like choir and do well in it. So before my Sophomore year started I signed up for choir and i'm loving it! Strong, rich alto baby xp

I first joined choir because I was jeasous of my sister getting all the attention for singing talent. I figured, "I can sing so much better than her!!" So I joined, and I discovered that choir is my life, and I couldn't stop.

To be completely honest, the only reason why I joined at all was because Art was full.
But I love it now.. I realized I'm a much better singer than artist :p

I had been in a children's choir when I was very young, and I was in my elementary school choir for a few years. I was even in the short-lived choir some students put together in high school. But I never really took it seriously.
Then I started university. I saw notices about choir auditions (eek! auditions! how intimidating!) and I was considering whether to try out. I wasn't going to. But then this guy on my floor in rez convinced my roommate and I to sign up for auditions, and my roommate and I pretty much dragged each other to it so we wouldn't chicken out. She and were both placed as tenors (yeah we were realllly short of men that year... 3 out of the 6 tenors in the choir were female) and the rest, as they say, was history. My life changed at that moment, and I would never go back for all the world.

 ♥ Well, i've loved to sing ever since i was a child, and that's what ultimately got me into joining choir.
I really don't think i could last a year without choir xd ♥
