Semblance's Skill System is Point based. Players will have a certain amount of points that they start out with and that can be used to purchase skills from the The Holly Forest. Players will have to learn so many skills in one set in order to start purchasing the next set. As the skills become more advanced, the prices will go up.

♥○☼◘Semblance◘☼○♥ ~Skill System~ How To Get Points
Starting off you will receive anywhere between 1-100 points based off your character's roll. From then on, you get to roll a 6-sided die once every twelve hours in the The Holly Exchange. So once in a.m. hours and once in p.m. hours you will get to gain more points and add them to your point collection.
Points will be handed out in the RP by our mod characters as well.
Also!!! Every post your character makes they receive one point.

You are able to purchase a Special Skill for each level. A Special Skill is a skill that is unique to the Player who creates it. When you purchase a Special Skill Set you type out the skill and how it works and PM it to me or one of the other mods that are involved in Semblance for approval.

Players may be rewarded an "Event Skill" throughout the RP. If there is a riddle that needs to be solved and you solved it or maybe you posted at a certain time or place I will reward you an Event Skill to put in your profile. I am the only one who can award these skills (atm).

♥○☼◘Semblance◘☼○♥ ~Skill System~ Using a Skill
Although many skills require a specified number to successfully use it most will work like this. To use a skill you must roll a dice and play off the number you get. When you respond to a post, in your options you can select "Choose and Action", "Roll A Dice" and then you select a six sided die and roll ONE die.
Actions follow the criteria, unless specified otherwise:
Rolling a 1-2: Complete Fail. Action does not work.
Rolling a 3-4: Works, but there is recoil or it isn't very affective
Rolling a 5-6: Success. Action works as desired.

♥○☼◘Semblance◘☼○♥ ~Skill System~ Skill Classes
There are different classification for various types of skills. Below are listings of the Skill Classes. You may only choose two paths of combat (excluding general defense and melee). Also notice that certain magick skills cannot be learned with others. Geologist skills can be learned by everyone, in fact, they are important to get into certain places during events.
MAGICKS
White Mage: White Magick Skills are used for defensive and healing purposes. You cannot learn White Magick Skills if you learn Necromancy Skills or Dark Magick Skills.
Black Mage: Black Magick Skills are element based offensive attacks. They cannot be learned if you learn both Necromancy and Dark Magick Skills, just one or the other.
Dark Sage: Dark Magick Skills are used to weaken other Players through status ailments. Dark Magick cannot be learned if you have White Magick Skills or Summoning Skills and cannot be learned if you have both Black Magick and Necromancy Skills together.
Necromancer: Necromancy is the summoning and manipulation of the dead. It can also control animals and people. Necromancy can only be used when you have a tuned instrument. Cannot be learned with White Magick and Summoning. Cannot be learned if you know both Dark and Black Magick.
Summoner: Summoning is the power to call great and powerful beings to assist you in your time of need. You may not learn summoning if you know Dark Magick or Necromancy. You are only able to summon four of the Deities, five, if your use a Special Skill to create one.
Geologist: Geology Skills are used to get through different terrain, such as walking on water and floating a few inches off the air.
COMBAT You may only take two combat learning paths not including general Melee and General Defense.
General Melee: General Melee skills are just plain skills that really have no specific classification of weapon.
General Defensive: Skills that are used for defensive purposes and have no specific classification of weapon.
Dragoon [Lance, Pole, and Halberd]: Dragoons are the warriors of the sky. They are able to jump and hover in the air and can deliver long ranged attacks.
Knight[ Broadsword] Knights are well versed in the art of swordplay. They can deliver great damage.
Ninja/Assassin [Long Dagger and Throwing knives only] Members of this class are well versed in the art of silent attacks.
Marksmen [Gun] Sharpshooting and gunplay's the game.
Monk[Bare Hands or Knuckle Attachments] This class consists of skills pertaining to hand to hand combat and martial arts.
Samuri [Longsword] Members of this skill class are used to slow movements but can really pack a punch.
Archer [Bow and Arrow] This class is trained well in the art of the skill of using a bow its arrows.
Soldier [Bustersword] Members of this elite group wield giant oversized blades.
Dancer [Pole, Instruments converted to weapons] This Skill based is very aerobic movements.
Reaper [Scythe, Sickle] These people use mighty tools used for chopping wheat in the fields...and beheading...
