(( Note: This is in NO way realated to the Anime or Manga series "Angel Sancturary" )) Many have never known this, but angel DO actually coexist on earth with humans. Most have chosen to stay, to act as a "Guardian angel" over loved ones. Some, sadly, are casted from heaven, their wings stained such a deep red that they appear black. Their is a place, though, for ALL of these angels, not matter what they've done. It is their sancturary, a place for no other but them, but it is forever lost, never to have been found. It has been claimed to be seen by many, but never has an angel dwelled there for more than a few seconds. Angels are wanting to make this place their home. Some angels just cope with the fact that this place seems forever lost; some yearn for it; some hunt it down; some even.......

Rules are typical mumbo jumbo.
1. Cursing is allowed but use * for major words.
2. Romance is allowed; keep it PG13; NO CYBERING.
3 Obey all gaia TOS rules and guild rules.
4. You can role play up to 4 characters.
5. More rules can be added so cheek back every now and then.
Plot
The year is current and you are to play the rold of a human or angel (or both). Their story, appearance, personality is all to be made up by you. Our perticular story, to make things simpler to meet up with other characters and interact, takes place in New York City. If you wish to travel outside of the city limits, that's perfectly fine.

Angel
For those chosing to be an angel, you can talk/interact with humans like a human. You are able to retract your wings and look normal. Angel also do not have to have wings (fallen angels spacificly) because they were ripped off when you where thrown from heaven or some other reason. Angels can fly regardless of wings or no. You don't really have 'super powers', just the grace of God, (if not a fallen angel.. lol) You can become invisible from the human eye, but some humans may feel your presence....

Accepted Angels 1.Username: Rayne Engel Character Name: Edward Bryan Age: Born December 7, 1865; Died October 13, 1882 (17 at death) Race: Wondering Angel Bio: Edward was born into a rich family of five sisters. His mother died at his birth, him being the third oldest. The other two are step sisters, that mother divorced, the sisters staying. His father was seeing what Edward concitered a 'whore'. No one knows why, but at age 17 he commited suicide. He'd never really been religious and decided not to see whether or not heaven and hell where real. He decided to stay behind and watch the world go by. Other: Nothing Else =) Appearance:  his clothing is dark bluejeans, black shirt, and a black zip hoodie. 2.Username: Ty Gwynnia Character Name: Ezekiel Faro'De Nella; Nickname is Ezzie Age: He is 16 1/2; Born July 5th, Unknown year; Died August 23rd, Unknown year Race: Fallen Angel Bio: Ezekiel was born into a religious family. As the years went by, his father succumbed to drinking alcohol and eventually stopped going to church and his mother took to sitting in her room, depressed and feeling sorry for herself, until she began to drink also. More time passed, but Ezekiel never lost faith and continued to be devout to his god. One day, his father grabbed an axe while drunk and said he was going to chop firewood. He slipped while trying to chop wood on the kitchen table and ended up embedding it in Ezekiel's head. Ezekiel went to heaven at the age 16 1/2 and lived for what seemed the happiest moments of his life. Gradually though, he began to hear whispers about himself from the other angels and after a searing pain as one of his wings was ripped out, was cast from the heavens to the human world again. Now he's wondering why he had been thrown out for no reason, and had only of his wings, and is mourning about how the god he worshiped for his whole life had forsaken him. Other: He has only one wing, a blood red one on his left shoulder blade and the tip of a bone poking out from his right shoulder blade from where it was ripped off. Appearance:  3.

Accepted Humans 1.Username: Rayne Engel Character Name: Elizabeth Settle Age: 16 Bio: Born into a poor family, her mother never carred for her. She is the youngest of three children, all with different fathers. Both of her older sisters went off to prostitution, one died bruitally in a shooting with gang members. Eventhough she's sixteen, it's like she lives on the streets, and is mainly by herself. She's a tough cookie. Character Name: Marie Srivila
Age: 8 or 9 years old
Bio: Marie was found on the doorstep of an orphanage. She made many friends there growing up, and was sad when one was adopted. When she was sleeping one night, she felt someone pick her up and take her away somewhere. She woke up in a cardboard box covered by a newspaper and a threadbare blanket, a friendly hobo sitting nearby. She asked where she was and why she wasn't in her bed, but he didn't seem to know either, having gone dumpster diving for 3 days to build up a temporary food supply. Now she's living with the hobo who kindly took her in, fed her, taught her about the streets, and even gave her a stuffed elephant toy for her latest birthday. She sees him as the father figure she never had.
Other: Marie has a faded gray elephant stuffed toy with one yellow eye and another blue one hanging by a thread.

.: Starting Post :. Elizabeth was sitting at a coffee shop, sipping on a double expresso. The heat of the liquid scorched her tounge, but it didn't bother her. She watched the sky from the window. She let her gaze slip into the crowd. There was a man playing a guitar. She couldn't hear anything, but she imagined to herself what he was playing. Classics... no, maybe something more popular. She personally liked classical guitar. It always soothed her nerves. She glanced back at the sky as soon as a shadow flew across. She blinked her eyes a few times until she disregarded her thought of it being an angel. There was no way....Edward landed on top a building, classical guitar filling his ears. The guy was good, he had to admit. He looked at the peole walking quickly to where ever it was they had to be. He wish he had somewhere to be. He hasn't seen many angels around here. He guessed they all lived somewhere out in the country. What angel would want to spend their day's in New York City? He did. He'd never seen anything like it. He dropped down into an ally way, and tucked his wings. Edward walked out into the streets, looking for something to do.

Ezekiel walked through the crowded sidewalk, almost oblivious to the humans around him. He didn't notice it, but he was unconciously fading in and out of their view. One moment, he'd be there dressed strangely, and another, he was gone. He also didn't notice where he was going. He was still thinking about what had happened. It was still so vivid in his mind. The happiness, the accusations, then pain, and falling down from above. Nobody had explained it to him. He sniffed and rubbed his eyes, walking out into traffic unknowingly. Why should he pay attention to the world that he'd left? Besides, this wasn't the same one he remembered.
Marie sat on a threadbare blanket, playing with her stuffed elephant. One of it's eyes was falling off, the blue one. She frowned. She wished she had some thread to fix it with, but she didn't think there'd be a spool and a needle just laying around. Sighing, she bumped her head back to look at the kindly hobo who'd taken her in. Even though he had next to nothing, he was taking care of her like she imagined her father would. She smiled happily. She liked living with him.

Elizabeth had set back to work in the coffee shop. They were busy today. She kept glancing at the clock. Time was going so slow. She wished her shift would go ahead and get its self over with. She made a face as she spilled hot liquid all over herself. "Things in life can't possibly get worse!" Customers kept yelling for her to hurry it up and she swore that she was quitting this job right after this weeks pay.
