...I live in Australia, so I might have got this wrong... but he said 'i am Harold Saxon' not I am the Master... And there was a tme when he sort of shimmered... like a hologram with a glitch...
Basically, I don't think its him.But I do hope so.
And sorry if my memory is faulty xp

I think it's him. I'm just concerned if he's being controlled by something with that collar. He couldn't be...could he? question

Maybe he's being controlled by whoever picked up the ring? That would make things even more interesting if it was his wife. eek

Very. I always though of her as rather stupid, no offense to her. She didn't seem very... bright.

Maybe she is smart enough that she could fallow directions given to her by The Master. I doubt it, but if they were written down for her.

Fantasy_of_the_Mind I think the wife theory is kind of weird. If she shot him, why would she want anything to do with him after he dies, unless she wants his power, but how would the masters power be in a ring? I think it was someone eles and there just trying to confuse us xp . the master could have done what the doctor did and put the energy or whatever in the ring like he did the watch. anyone else notice its the same pattern as the watch?

Did they know of its properties?

That "pattern" is Gallifreyan writing. All it means is that they are both Gallifreyan.

I was really hoping that it turns out that she was the Ranni! Being that she had worked with the master before it would make a lot of sense for her to show up again.
