Keitha grinned and ran back to her room, where she simply shoved a couple outfits and her hairbrush in her pack with her notes before running back out. Apprentices didn't have much, and she was no exception. But she wanted to keep her notes - human memory was fallible, and who knew when the information could be useful?
The MasterHealer nodded with a smile and gestured to the apprentices to stand back as Keitha came back. A couple of them threw her envious glances, and one of them, a misguided young boy, gave her a commiserating look she definitely didn't need.

Any other unexpected guests, Yormeth? S'dar asked while they were waiting.
No, the dragon said. Keitha seems to be the only one with real promise. Enelth will be pleased with her.
I hope so, S'dar said. Then, when Keitha returned, he said outloud, "Okay, Yormeth, it's time to go." He stood by the dragon's leg and held out his hand to the girl to lift her up.

Keitha grinned and took the dragonrider's hand, and, stepping gently on Yormeth's knee as she had seen the MarterHealer do when he was honored with a ride dragon-back somewhere, gave a little jump to swing over and onto his back. She grinned down at S'dar. "Did I do it right?"

"Yes, you did." S'dar said as he climbed onto Yormeth. "Let's go, old pal. But take it slow; we don't want to scare the lass too much."
Of course, Yormeth said as he carefully took off and slowly circled the Healer Hall before blinking between.
Black...blacker...blackes-
Rias Weyr was underneath them now. They were home.
((Thanks for the great RP! ^_^))
