Since I want a Thread on the main forum that will stay on because it is related to Sailor Moon, I decided to come upon this one after a bit of thinking last night.

What are the Witches 5?

I mean, the other... groups... are somewhat more defined... The... Shi- Whatever you call them, I call them the fancy pants group of a single dress code, are... those guys... Manga-wise they're defined as... these guys... who... whatever...

I'm not describing the rest because I'll just give them silly nicknames and mock them in that regard...

Like the Black Moon Clan, or that clan thingy... from the... Black Moon... which makes me think... they're... human looking aliens...

The... Amazon Trio and Amazoness Quartet...

I wanna think barbershop singers who got pigeonholded into being civilians.

The... Sailor animates...

Yeah.

I can't recall the Witches 5 posessing any personal powers... more like they used technology... so why Witches 5, what were they before, and other questions...

Right.

They did have some powers.
Mimete-She had a magic staff
Tellu-She controlled plants
The twins-Magic staffs

In the manga, they where all diamons.

As I recall, Tellu/Teruru could control plants, Mimete could paralyze people with her song, and Kaolinite even made wax voodoo dolls. Eudial could control fire. The Mugen Labyrinth was an intricate illusion created to trap the Senshi. Cyprine and her counterpart had an attack called "Ribbon Buster" that held the Senshi in place and put them under a spell that made them all hate each other and fight (except of course, for Sailor Moon, Chibimoon, and Tuxedo Mask, who then created the Holy Grail.)
This is all in the manga.

What?

Drinking tears from a Grail is awesome. And besides, who would miss it if I take it?

And alright, the Manga is seemingly pretty more fleshed out with less crap theories...

I might as well try... but even then... I seem to be unable to look... for my eyes are burned... easily.

Never really bothered me until I saw this point. It is a good point. But even if they use technology, they still have to "cast" or "unleash" its power.
