When they find letters, they put them together and they come alive, still retaining the letters on their body. Like in this pic, see how the bear's body is made of the word "bear?" Or the duck's body made of the word "duck?"
This may sound weird and lame but I wanna live in that world. They can put letters together to make the word "pie" and it becomes pie. OMG. And when you take them apart they are letters again.
I wanna make the word "machine gun" if I was in that world. And "bazooka." Maybe a "flamethrower" too.
