Last night my "avast" antivirus program had an update, but the update had a glitch in it that started labelling almost half my programs as trojans, even my "spybot" anti-spyware program. They didn't finally release a patch for it untill midnight, and it took me till 3:30AM just to re-install spybot and ad-aware (my anti-adware program). I also had to reinstall a couple of other programs that it attacked because they were running at the time. But I'm just glad everything's fixed now.
But during all the chaos, a trojan and a malware did sneak onto my system. Even infected a registry key and a restore point. But I fixed them too ^.^
(sadly I had to fix the living room computer as well - V.V )

Wow, that really sucks.
In all the years I've been online I've only ever had like 2 or 3 virus problems. That anti-vi glitch would probably make me want to kill myself lol

Yeah, alot of people don't really know how to fix these kinds of problem. I'm just glad that I have my WTI training to help me understand all this crap.
O-well, everything up and running now. Just in time for me to continue my metal king slime hunt in the dragon graveyard on dragon quest 8. (I rely very heavily on a walkthrough on my computer - especially the alchemy pot list ^.^ )
