Crew-- not so hard to get to what you can do to get to this rank is donate and be active in the forums.
Vice Captain-- this rank is probably the hardest to get to in order to be a Vice Captain the Captain and the other Vice Captains would have to say that the Guild can trust you.
Also, it would be a Huge help if you all at least invite 5 to 10 people to the guild.

Hey Toyys, how about they need to donate 2500 and have 75 posts to be crew?

75 is a lot of posts to do though. THat sounds like is more for trying to be a Vice.
but we could make the fee 1000, dont want to push too much. =/
