guilds are hard to keep alive in general unless you have a specific need for a guild...
our need was a refugee hang out camp, but now we have established ourselves and moved on from that. What should our guild purpose be now?
What direction to go in, that's what I've been trying to figure out.
Yeah, guilds based off of a community of people who communicate in real-time always have a tough time of it. Zen Gardens isn't doing too well on activity, either :/
Me though, I view the guild as more art-oriented than it is zOMG. xD; Perhaps a weekly [or bi-weekly, if things prove to be rockier than expected] Art Connoisseur Digest post? Some sort of interesting, yet succinct little article on something that's happening: one week could feature an editorial on a particular artwork of someone's and point out what makes it special, while the next week could feature a simple how-to-sketch-this, and the next could even be a mini-rant on one of your guys' art peeves
xd That be my 2 cents', though. :]
