Go ahead and feel free to describe how awesome it was =] I take it that it's worth seeing. its really is awsome as it shows all this rare footage of the doors and jim by himself. Some of the videos they showed i only have seen pics of before the movie. It is definately worth buying and has the potential to be watched 1 million times lol. Also my fav part is when jim is in his mustang i believe and is yelling out of no where lol

I FINALLY SAW IT! It was on Netflix so I went ahead and watched it and it was rather interesting...I like how detailed the information was and it covered the history of the band and the members quite well. The documentary was excellent minus the nudity that was thrown in there.

To bad when your strange also wasn't able to tie Pam to Jim's cause of death. I've read on multiple sources and in Stephen davis's Jim Morrison Biography that agreements were made with the courson family to leave her completely out of it when it came to Jim's death (Even though she most likely died from the same s**t Jim did). When you're strange was good for it's original footage, but did not deliver much new material. It was a whole lot better then the Val Kilmer movie, thank God

I think they totally wanted to leave Pam out of having to do with his death. Notice how the beginning is set up, though. They set it up as though he's still alive, listening about his death somewhere. Then later on they say talk about his death. I think they didn't want to cause conflict with viewers because some believe he's alive, while others believe he's death. Maybe the director wasn't sure himself if Jim was dead or alive so he added a bit of both in there.
