Divena has agreed to Co-own all her ponies with Bardess as of February 2014 until such a time as she officially returns to the shop.
While they are co-owned, Bardess has full RP rights to the ponies, no mates are to be broken without Divena's approval, and Divena has veto power over any and all breedings. Bardess may display the co-owned pets in her journal and sig. Bardess will pay any and all recerting fees. While they are co-owned, Div retains all sig and journal rights.
When Div returns, all ponies revert to her ownership, and all breeding plans will be continued with Div as the owner involved who is due babies, not Bardess.
