Are you sure this is the right forum? This is 20 Questions model One Piece, in case you didn't know. If you did, the thing you are thinking MUST be "related" in OP, NOT "based on" OP. They are not the same thing.
No complaints or offence or anything like that, but here is what I think of this:

No, I'm thinking of a character from One Piece, and that character's design and behavior was influenced by an outside source. The outside source was meant to be a clue.
But I give up, the answer is Inkanov, based off Frank N. Furter from The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Ohkay, so now Round 3 seems to have been ruined because of me or my stupidity (or both). Let's take a Round 3 round 2. Any volunteers for new leader?
