ladybiggs I'm going to take a proverbial "leap of faith" that the only reason why the Bible was brought up is that it is touted as the best story ever (or whatever) by several religious advertisements *points to the Mormon Church... erm, Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints... whoever they are!) Not that I'm personally offended by it being brought up, I'm sure others might be... The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. ... Never go there. Ever. Everything they say is very brainwashy. .... Anyways, the most memorable, of course, is Aeris's death, as I've already explained on her memorial thread. Another memorable part for me was the whole visit to Cosmo Canyon. Learning that Red's real name is Nanaki (After hearing that for the first time I would always name him that in each new game started, just 'cause it sounds much better to me), the planetarium thing where Boogenhagen is explaining Spirit Energy and the Lifestream, and also the part at the end where Nanaki finds out his father Seto's true fate. It was all a very powerful experience.

The most powerful moment in the game for me, was not when Aeris was killed. But when Cloud lost himself, and was made whole again in the Lifestream.

[x]This is really hard for me, as I first played it when I was nine. At that time I just wanted to complete it so I didn't read any of the speech and just went on with the game. I got to around the are with Bugenhagen and The City Of The Ancients and just left it. I have now got to the final parts of disc three, and have become enthralled with the story. The most memorable parts for me were: Aerith's death. I cried at that part for about half an hour. Walking through the storm to the Iifa tree, watching the Sephiroth clones die. That part was interesting and saddening. Finally, where the party, Hojo and Shin-Ra leaders are by the Iifa tree and the Weapons awaken. That part was very informative and gave me so much information into Cloud's life.[x]

CartiganMrryl EveElera I remember the first time I was playing it and I thought one of the most powerful moments was when you play as Tifa and explore Cloud's mind in the lifestream and it's been revealed that he's been telling all those lies. I also loved the escape from Shinra at Junon (it's been awhile, so I don't remember the name of that city with the large cannon) when you're playing as Tifa and everyone else. There are so many amazing, intense moments in that game. I love it so... I agree with Eve. Honestly, the revealing of the lies was HUGE for me. My older brother just shrugged, like it was some stupid point inbetween fights. He's like that sometimes, but I remember feeling pity for Cloud and his predicament. That was one of my favorite parts as well. 3nodding

my favorite memeories were the first time i used cloud's Omnislash *drools* , the Knights of the Round/mimic combo, and all of the freaking awsome Bahamut summons! As guy, I am secure enough to admit that I cried like baby when Aeirs died. then i vowed to destroy Sephiroth!

It wasn' that Cloud was lying it was that because of the experimentation on him and Zack's death after Zack got them out of Shinra Mansion, Cloud was severly f**ked in the head. he was there when Sephiroth went crazy as a Shinra soldier, not a member of SOLDIER. Cloud is a tragic hero in this game and that is why it is easy to find pity for him. that said, this sequence way a good way to finish the mysteries surrounding the myster of the neiblihem events.
