I have Harvest Moon: A wonderful life and I like it, its not my favorite though. I was in gamestop today and they had Another Wonderful life, but I couldn't afford it. If trade in my original wonderful life, i can get the new one, is it worth it?
I heard the game ends after your first year because you settle down and have a baby. Is that true? Who are the guys to choose from? (I know Rock is one of 'em.) Is the game play the same as the original? Can you really hit your kids?
Someone help me out please!

Oh there's a place called Heaven where you just play around? That's nice, I need to play more. xp
I've never hurt my kid...or at least I never tried.
But in my opinion, Another Wonderful Life is a lot better. Even though the fact I'm a girl, it has more seeds, and a lot of new stuff (like training your dog, and a chicken fence) that the boy version doesn't have.
One of the parts I REALLY hated was that you have to fertilize the ground to get any grass. But besides that, it's awesome. xd

Yeah it is so worth it.
Yes you can hit your child. Its in year 4 though. If you enter your house on Spring 1st at 7:30am there will be a cut-scene where your teenage kid is complaining about how your husband doesn't have a job. He will try to leave, and you will block him. You can choose to comfort him, or to punish him. If you punish him, you hit him, and he will realize it is tough love. He will thank you and walk out.
