Yes... it's another girl answering this even though you asked for guys...
I've both given and receieved oral.
And let's just say that if I do it well (as I'm very quickly learning), it makes my bf orgasm faster than he does just masterbating and seems to last for longer... And he's always very romantic to me afterwards. He has said that he's going to think of it every time he masterbates...

Here, my boyfriend has some feedback on this question:
"DamionLee here, and yes oral sex feels different than masturbating, but somewhat the same depending on what the girl does. If the girl is using just her mouth then it feels warm mostly but there's still the sensation of her lips and tongue. If she uses her tongue a lot in her mouth it feels... well lets just say fun.
On the other hand if she's using her mouth and her hand at the same time, coordinating the two so she moves it with her mouth, it feels like one of two things at the same time. Either it feels like she's going down on me all the way (I can't feel the difference between mouth and hand, so I guess she's quite coordinated) or it feels like sex, but it doesn't look like sex if you look down... sweatdrop .
