Hmm. The question is, who would supply the high-quality corpses to the Cash Shop? Would G-Corp be willing to donate a few of their failed experiments, or would they just go to the local graveyard?
Or, perhaps, would Flynn make them herself?

The Iron Magus [Kegan] The Iron Magus [Kegan] The Iron Magus Wuyabi I kinda like the potato skin. And the event was huge. Granted, there were some problems with execution, but at least they lampshaded the ending. TIM, I know you're mad, but your parody sig is pretty much exactly what the characters said. The writers know how we feel, folks. That's why the event was so big, and the prizes were so cool. To compensate for the weaksauce finale that they had to run. Think about it. If they made a big change right now, they'd run they risk of pissing off half of Gaia, which, honestly, is worse than only annoying all of us. And they ran a survey, guys. They're actually asking us what we like and don't like about "current events". They care, even though it doesn't seem like it sometimes. Anyway, that's why I see good things in Gaia's future. Yeah, I know that the character's reactions are similar to ours. Rather than sympathizing with us, however, it looks more like they're making fun of us.
If the writers... the ones writing this thing... knew that it would piss us off, they should have written it differently. If they're NOT making fun of us, and they HAD to write it that way because of executive meddling... then my point remains. I don't care who was responsible for the terrible ending, whether it was the writers, the admin, Craig, or our fallen god Lanzer himself. The point is, me and a lot of other Gaians are pissed, and it should have been done differently. If they were too chickenshit to actually do an ending that changes things, they shouldn't have started an event that implied that things would change. They could easily have done another friendly forum war type thing. Or dozens of other events that don't end up failing miserably because they can't live up to the hype.
As for the survey... I'm just sorry I didn't wait until the event was over to complete it. evil I was pretty much THRILLED with the event when I filled it out... which doesn't exactly send the right message.Welcome to gaia, the site that really steals your soul. 1 new announcement Hello gaianssss, enjoying the new sssssssssite layout? I'm just sorry I didn't wait until the event was over to complete it. evil I was pretty much THRILLED with the event when I filled it out... which doesn't exactly send the right message. It's probably not simply because of Executive Meddling. There was a point and a plot to this event, even though it doesn't seem like it at first. The two parties never directly attacked each other, instead running errands that, though repetitive, required self-focus, and gathered followers; though repetitive, it emphasized cooperation. The forum wars where one person attacks another may start out friendly, but they never end that way. Everyone gets very angry, everyone verbally abuses each other, and some get banished from Gaia for their behavior. Sounds like the plot of this event; the point of it being to remember above all things that Gaia is a game, so are the events, and not to insult other teams, instead focusing on helping yourself and your team. And there's plot to be had here: Jack was literally playing the role of the stereotypical evil mod. Like someone else said, Jack's public enemy number one right now. Next year, we probably won't be fighting each other. We'll be fighting him! And I know, T.I.M., you invested money in those item sets, but nobody made you buy them, and they're still valuable; worth their weight in Gaia Gold, so to speak. Also, they're good looking. Strut your avatarian stuff!

The Iron Magus Oh, come on. At least we got SOMETHING out of the event... they told us up front that only the winning team would keep their skin. I personally think of the potato skin as a nifty bonus. Everything ELSE about the end of the event... well, I've already made my feelings clear on that. I had never seen the new skin change but my friend said that it had worms coming out of it and I went "if its some kind of new zombie skin Tim's gonna like this" but sure enough it's a potato........suck.....thing....I didt wear it before and I won't wear it now.
