This is the ANBU Headquarters. This also serves as the home for all ANBU Members. Shinsui Suou bought this building himself and constantly is taking care of it.
Facilities
Training Room: Here, all ANBU can pracice their skills and become more powerful. This is located in the basement of the building and is very large. It contains all necessary things for training.
Scroll Room: A secret room that only certain members of the ANBU can use. All information ever gathered by the ANBU is gathered here.
Member(s) Allowed:
Shinsui Suou
Kitchen: Large Kitchen that is always stocked with food and drink. The food here is healthy and will help the ANBU maintain a fair and balanced diet. Necessary Appliances are also here for the means of cooking. This is located on the main floor and is by the lounge.
Dorms: The ANBU will use this area for sleep. It is on the second floor and can fit a total of 10 ANBU Members.
Library: The Library is right next to the Dorms on the Second Floor. It has Jutsu Scrolls for all Universal Jutsu and Elemental Jutsu. Puppetry Techniques and Info are also available. Bloodline Techniques must be found and recorded her or donated. (Major Clan Info must be received from the source. I.E. Uchiha Info must be taken from a Leaf Uchiha of the Main Branch.)
Bloodline Information Available:
Chakra Mouths - Explosive Clay
Lounge: The perfect place for relaxing. All ANBU can stay here and wait for a meeting to be called or as a way to rest after work.
Meeting Room: This hidden room can only be opened by the ANBU Captain or Raikage. Strategic Planning and War Planning is mostly held here.

Suou would be relaxing in his home, the ANBU HQ. He owned the whole building and he used the money from Bounty Hunting to pay for it. He started reading some manga he had laying around as he waited for Kano.

Kano stepped into the anbu headquaters. "So this is what it looks like inside here". KAno stepped in closer walking towards his sensei.

[ooc: actually yah i just noticed that when i was scrolling down, definately an improvement from the post before that was there haha]
Kano stood there. "Well i wasnt sure what information you wanted but I found out some information on who the kage was, what had happened to the village, i found out some info on a shinobi that sticks with the kage a lot meaning she must be a chunnin or above most likely". Kano stood there thinking back to what he had observed. "When i was at the monument if only for a little i found out some info on two shinobi up there one was badly injured but she was a sensei so probably chunnin or above no higher then a jounin, and she had a student who from what it looked like was a gennin if not academy student". That is mostly all of what I have retained.

"You did better than I thought you would. You've completed your first mission. Report to Lady Raikage." Suou signed a note that said he had completed an A-Ranked Mission.

Raiden looks around and is amazed by the HQ. "Man this place is awesome, but I got to stay focused and find Suou." He began running around the HQ looking for Suou. "Where is this guy? doesn't he know there's an emergency?

Sosay walks up behind Raiden, her presence hardly known. Untieing her headband from her waist she places it over his forehead, tying it in place, then walking up beside him. "Congrats Raiden. You've proven yourself worthy enough to become a genin." she explained to him a faint smile on her face. Crossing her arms she stared straight ahead, her eye's searching for Suou. "Suou... I'm in need of your attention. Now." she called out, her voice hard and cold. After a few minutes of silence, Sosay made some signs, muttering something under her breath. Beside her a clone appeared, with a nod the clone took off, headed for the training field.
"...to your future."

Raiden stands there shocked and confused. "Uh thanks. But I didn't find Suou yet. And we didn't finish our training." He said while looking at Sosay. "But besides that I'm honored to become a Genin." He began to smile with joy.

Sosay looked back at Raiden. "I'm giving you your headband because I've seen your ability to learn new things. You deserve it." she replied smiling at him. Sosay soon grew tired of waiting so she left, in search of where her clone went.

{1st question... yes you can go back to the training field now if you want. 2nd... I don't know any summon's myself but I can either try to teach you or get someone else to. Hope that helps you any..}

Kano with his mask hood and cloth covering him up had snuck his way back into the anbu HQ hoping to find his old sensei. Kano then left a note for his master.
{{The note reads as follows: I see this village has suffered a great tragedy with the raikages office being blown up, but I am leaving this note to explain I did not blow up the office and hopes to see his old sensei again soon}} After leaving the note Kano had snuck out in the middle of the night.
