Building Name: Training Grounds
Purpose: Outdoor training
Why do you want this built?: The training facility is all well and good, but we need an outdoor area to train in. Some techniques just aren't made to be used indoors. This place should have, other than the normal sand everywhere, dirt, water, and some degree of vegetation.

Purpose: A place for my RPC to live, relax, hold meetings, and make puppets; human or otherwise.
Why Do You What It Built: So that I have my own place to live and so no one complains about screams from my human puppet creation or me killing someone. Also its going to have a special lock that uses my own chakra to open it.It going to be located in the village.
