In my first day of office, I decided to take the time to write this out for all shinobi of kirigakure. This update scroll will be given from time to time to all kiri shinobi, and will keep all of us posted on things happening within our great country. I hope that all of you are well, and I hope to satisfy all the needs you may have as your leader.
First Off: I have developed new techniques for the hunter-nins of Kirigakure. They have been without a new set of moves for quite some time, and I figured it was about time they were given skills and techniques created specifically for what they do.
Secondly: I have been getting reports in of a crime family re-emerging and attempting to garner popularity for something I have yet to figure out. As more information on them is found out, you will all be updated. I ask that you all please be mindful of who you see around this village, and report immediately to me if you spot anyone or a pair of individual's with strange rings on their fingers.
Finally: Congratulations to Ayame and Matsuya who have received the title of jounin. May their shinobi careers continue to flourish.

((Also note that I am thinking of a two-year time skip after the Millefoire arc. I'll check with the crew on that and see what they say and get back to you guys. This will basically be updated everytime something important happens within the village, so if it's updated, please read. Thanks.))

So I just found out the genin I charged with sending these out did not send them out in time. I am requesting a hunter-nin to seek out Reiniku. I have contracted an illness from the cloud village, and am sorry to report that I will not be in good enough health to run the village for quite some time. As he was the last kage, I see him fit to fill in for me. I suggest Ayame is fit enough for this mission. I apologize for inconveniencing my village by my absence, and I hope this solves any issues for the time being. Thank you Kirigakure,

((I'm just getting out of the hospital and still recovering, so I need someone to fill in for me while I'm getting better. So I elected Rein(sorry!). I hope he's okay with this while I get better.))
