Personality: Kaya's a sweet and loving man, a modern day hippie, some might say. Though he gives his love freely, his doesn't do the whole 'drugs' thing. He loves philosophy and tends to offer words of wisdom when applicable. It's generally impossible to anger him, though some people/things can get him riled up. (Notaro, spiders and threatening his friends being the main three)

Appearance: Kaya's fairly short, standing only about 5'6"-5'7" and weighs roughly 110lbs soaking wet. He's usually seen wearing shades of white and gold, though he'll venture towards pinks and blues as well. He's got silver hair with bright pink tips too, so he's hard to miss.

Type: Though Kaya still has a deep affinity for Grass type Pokemon, he's moved his focus to Pokemon that are more his speed. For some reason, he has found Steel types far too alluring to pass up. That and his second favorite Legendary is one. He's aiming for a Jirachi as soon as possible.

Extras: Kaya has a rainbow heart tattoo on the left side of his stomach and another of a pearl with feather tied to it with ribbon on his right tricep.

Kaya's blind, unable to see a thing, though he still somehow manages to get around as if his eyes worked perfectly.

Accomplices

Chloe Riven: A young woman whom Kaya met during the Dialga crisis. She's a Dragon-Master-to-be and a woman with a strong will. Though it's a bit easier to get under her skin than one might suspect, she's never once given up on a battle, as far as Kaya knows. she takes pride in her Pokemon's strength and Kaya can't blame her for that. She's even got the strength to...sort of control two of her biggest rival Pokemon. One of Kaya's two best friends, she's often the target of some playful teasing from Kaya and Brayden.

Brayden Marcellus: Kaya's lover, best friend and hero all rolled into one. Brayden was the second trainer Kaya ever met on his journey, having run into him at the same time as Chloe. Brayden's a water-master-in-training with a strong heart and a free spirit. With a great dislike of letting his Pokemon faint and a deep love of the ocean, they decided to buy an old Victorian mansion in Floaroma together(though technically, Kaya's parents paid for it for them).

Train: She's a light hearted girl who's rather intelligent in her own way. Kaya met her during the Dialga crisis but he doesn't see her very often. She's a good girl and a strong hearted trainer, though and Kaya respects her for that, even if she doesn't have a ton of experience.

Nona Anthopes: Nona is Kaya's newest friend. She's another free spirit who's not afraid to speak her mind. She seems to have made herself an unofficial sister of Kaya's due to him being gay and her having lesbian moms.

Kaya's Allies:


Rem - A Jirachi who appeared on Enkotsu island as the crisis there slowly returned to a calm. The Legendary sleeper doesn't really sleep....ever. He's a true insomniac, unable to sleep unless somehow under the effect of a sleep inducing attack. Aside from this, though, he's child-like, playful, enjoys company and tends to play like a stuffed toy when Kaya carries him around in public.

Tolkis - Tolkis was one of the first Pokemon Kaya raised from a 'baby' form. From bottle feeding her as a Togepi, to evolving her into a Togetic and straight into a Togekiss, she's been loyal to Kaya, who she sees at her papa. She's a highly versatile aerial soldier and one of Kaya's most loyal companions. Often carting the man around on her back on long treks, she enjoys the act.

Mian - Mian was caught as a tiny Ralts, shortly before the final battle to save Dialga from Team Rocket. He's been by Kaya's side ever since, a loyal companion and a strong ally all the way. Mian acts as Kaya's butler and body guard while traveling, often keeping him mental company, as Ariadne does Brayden. He's fiercely protective of his master and his friends, going as far as to give his own life should it come down to it.

Weiser - Weiser was Kaya's first Ghost type, sister of Rhapsody and an over hyper spirit. Playful though she is, don't get on her bad side. She's strong, monstrously so compared to Kaya's usual team. She does like company though, and tends to scare the pants of people as a form of joke. It's all in good fun to her, though she doesn't realize that she's scaring people sometimes.

Aoibhinn - Aoi was obtained as a strangely colored, crystalline Beldum. Though he's odd and definitely a bit crazy with a split personality, he's loyal enough to Kaya. He likes Kaya's friends as well, though he's not quite as loyal to them. Not above a Take Down hug, he tends to be overly expressive of his happiness and he's come close to breaking a few bones before.

Mercury - This shiny Magnezone was caught by mistake on Enkotsu Island. The Pokemon had travelled from the island's "natural Weather control center" and happened across the scene of Kiel Rayvn's untimely death. Kaya mistakenly captured it as he caught Rem, flinging a Pokeball out of his bag by accident and snagging the unique steal type.

~Why Am I So Different?~

Things to know
~I'm a bit unusual, even for someone like what I used to be. I can't talk to Pokemon anymore and I can't use attacks like I could.
~Blind, though I am, I can 'see'...sort of. It's like I've got this sort of mental image of what's around me.
~I have a tattoo on the back of my neck bearing the mark of Team Snagem. They're a theiving group from the region of Orre. I'm not sure if anyone but Felix Farhaven knows about that.
~I'm not really sure why I carry a gun or why I have the urge to go hunting down criminals, but I do both. I have an uncanny ability to bend a bullet's trajectory up to almost 45 degrees from the point of release to the point of impact.
~My hair's an unusual color, pure silver with tips of bright pink. It used to be solid silver, but I got into a spot of trouble with my ex younger triplet a while back and got mixed with Mesprit DNA. The pink just never wore off.

My Darkest Secrets
~My story started a long, long time ago. Believe it or not, I'm a lot older than I've ever let on. I existed for 25 years before my alleged 'birth'. I was an infant for all 25 of those years, kept in stasis by the madman that created me. In actuality, I'm 47, counting those years of stasis.
~The story I once told of a friend killed by a Shedinja? Not entirely a lie. The truth? It was my fault.
~As much as I love Grass types, my true passion has always been with Steel types. I tried to fool the whole world into thinking I was some kind of genius with plants, but I'm too technologically dependent to survive in the wilds like that.
~I carry items of supposed mystic origins with me at all times.
~I've met my Jirachi before. Ages past, in a life before birth, I encountered a being that seemed one with the angels. That being was Rem.
~I'm a budding Psychic with only one power. My Inner Eye is developing a type of Clairvoyance.
